These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Gopibe Mexiwa regarding your access to and use of the website located at gopibe-mexiwa.info and the associated matching platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the site.
A. Description of Service
Gopibe Mexiwa operates an informational platform that lists freelance data analysts who have completed a standardized skills assessment and submitted two work samples reviewed by our editorial team. The platform facilitates introductions between companies and analysts. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any engagement formed between a company and an analyst.
B. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the platform. By registering an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind the entity you represent, if applicable.
C. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide materially inaccurate information.
D. Assessment and Review Process
Analysts seeking a listed profile must complete the standardized skills assessment and submit two work samples for editorial review. Approval decisions are made at our discretion based on internal review criteria. Completion of this process reflects a documented check at a specific point in time and does not constitute a guarantee of future performance on any engagement.
E. Relationship Between Companies and Analysts
Any engagement, contract, rate, deliverable, or timeline agreed between a company and an analyst is a private arrangement between those parties. Gopibe Mexiwa is not a party to such agreements, does not process payment on behalf of either party, and disclaims responsibility for disputes arising from those engagements.
F. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to submit false credentials, misrepresent work samples, harass other users, scrape or copy platform data without authorization, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination.
G. Intellectual Property
The Gopibe Mexiwa name, logo, website design, and platform software are the property of Gopibe Mexiwa or its licensors. Work samples submitted by analysts remain the intellectual property of the submitting analyst, subject to a limited license granted to us for the purpose of editorial review and display to prospective companies.
H. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analyst profile is free from inaccuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gopibe Mexiwa disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
I. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
